WDA, an architecture firm, delivering creative and innovative architecture with project management at the forefront and sustainability in mind.
With their knowledge of meticulous details and their 25th anniversary just around the corner, Chen Design was approached to match the level of detail and ambition that both studios share through a new thoughtful visual identity. Working with the Senior Designer, we took each thoughtful design to the next level as I took static visual language and brought a stronger complex language. This started for me as the first reveal of the rebrand, using a detailed storyboard to show how the old logo evolved into the new logo and visual language. I then help add the layers the complexity such as fusing imagery, video, and motion graphics into a stunning hero video for their website. One addition that was not introduced in the inception of the branding was the inclusion of video for case studies which proved to not only be a great part of the storytelling but also a stunning way to showcase their work.
